Better yet, our trainers really want to help you learn everything you need to know to be a confident driver. You’ll be paired with an instructor who is motivating and gives you positive, constructive feedback.
There are a few different types of trainers YRC Freight uses in our programs, including:
- Internal trainers are current employees who pass on real-world knowledge
- Retired drivers are valuable resources with their decades of road experience
- Third party trainers are instructors from truck driving schools or consultants who can teach the basics and prepare you for what to expect on the CDL written and road tests
